Movie Night Giveaway · Cider & Sweets Fall Festival

1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR MORTGAGE APPLICATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or application will not improve your chances of winning. Answering the optional survey questions or agreeing to receive marketing emails also does not affect your chances.

Promotion: The Movie Night Giveaway (the "Giveaway") takes place at Woburn's 3rd Annual Cider & Sweets Fall Festival at Spence Farm, 41 Wyman St, Woburn, MA, on Sunday, October 18, 2026. Entries are accepted from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period").

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry and who attend the event during the Entry Period.

Not eligible: employees of Sponsor and of Movement Mortgage, LLC; employees and agents of the event's co-hosts and organizers; and members of their immediate families or households.

Limit: one (1) entry per family. A family is everyone living at the same household address. If more than one entry is received from the same household, only the first entry received will count. The Giveaway is void where prohibited.

3. How to enter

During the Entry Period, scan the QR code at Sponsor's table at the event and complete the online entry form with your first name, last name, and a valid email address. A phone number is optional.

The homeownership questions on the entry page are optional and can be skipped. The email marketing checkbox is optional and does not affect eligibility.

Entries must be received by 5:00 PM ET on October 18, 2026. Sponsor's system is the official timekeeper. Incomplete entries, or entries submitted by automated means, will not be accepted.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) digital AMC Theatres gift card worth $125. Approximate retail value: $125.

The gift card is delivered by email. It is subject to the issuer's terms and conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Drawing, odds, and winner notification

Drawing: Sponsor will select one winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries at or shortly after 5:00 PM ET on October 18, 2026. Entrants do not need to be present to win.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification: The potential winner will be notified by email from [email protected] on October 18, 2026. Entrants should check their Promotions and Spam folders.

Claiming the prize: The potential winner must reply to the notification email within 48 hours of when it is sent to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor may then draw an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, who will have the same 48 hours to claim it.

6. General conditions

Not affiliated with AMC: AMC Theatres is not a sponsor of this Giveaway and is not affiliated with it. AMC is not responsible for administering it.

Your information: Entry information is used to run the Giveaway and contact the winner. Entrants who check the optional email box will also receive occasional homeownership emails and can unsubscribe at any time. See the Privacy Notice.

Disqualification: Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and may cancel or modify the Giveaway if it cannot run as planned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or emails, or for technical failures.

Release: By accepting the prize, the winner releases Sponsor, Movement Mortgage, LLC, and the event's co-hosts from liability for any loss or injury connected with the Giveaway or the prize.

Governing law: These rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Who we are

This notice explains how Jake Kelly, Loan Officer at Movement Mortgage, LLC (NMLS #2085649), handles the information you provide when you enter the Movie Night Giveaway at the Cider & Sweets Fall Festival on October 18, 2026. It applies only to this giveaway's entry page.

Movement Mortgage's company privacy policy, at movement.com/privacypolicy, covers Movement's own websites and services. If you later apply for a mortgage, you will receive Movement's separate privacy notice for loan customers.

What we collect and why

• First and last name, email address (required): to record your entry, send your entry confirmation, and contact you if you win.
• Phone number (optional): to contact you about your entry if email doesn't reach you.
• Homeownership questions (optional): to understand what topics are useful to attendees. Your answers never affect your chances of winning.
• A question you send after entering (optional): to reply to you personally.
• Email marketing choice (optional): we send occasional homeownership tips only if you checked the box.

If you leave the email box unchecked, you will receive only emails about the giveaway itself: your entry confirmation and the winner announcement.

Sharing, storage, and your choices

We don't sell or rent your information. Your entry is stored in GoHighLevel, the customer management service Jake uses to run his website and email. GoHighLevel processes it on his behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Event co-hosts: Entries are not shared with the event's other co-hosts or sponsors.

• Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

• Deleting your information before the drawing removes your entry.
